Vikas Dawra brings 25+ years of investment banking experience and has led 150+ transactions across M&A, private equity, cross-border deals, JVs, strategic alliances and public markets. He was part of YES Bank’s founding investment banking team and later served as Jt. MD & CEO at YSL. He founded Vantage Point and holds an MBA from FMS Delhi and B.E. from PEC Chandigarh.
